Book 333, Page 1403, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for gdod and valuable consider~tion to it paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknawledged, hereby on this 16th day of March, 1981,
releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property des-
cribed in Exhibit "B" thereof, more particularly described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. ~( L~

cornmon elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions, re-
strictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration

1585, Public Records of St. Lucie Courtty, Florida.
without irnpairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part
of the property described in that mortgage.
