PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie Cour.ty, Florida, for good and valuable oonsideration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this
day of 114arch, 1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real
property in that County described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit Irio ./(.'~;
and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the ccvenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDO-
MINIUI~9 E, as recorded in Official Records Book 348, page
1585, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
