ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANT~:E
The Grai~tee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, i~icludinq the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon tt~e land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
{epresentations and inducements concerning the purciiase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
