Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable o~nsideration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this
day of March, 1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage. the real
property in that County described as:

and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions cf that

without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
