AClQ~OWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRAN'PEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledgea
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. Tfie Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionsj the Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that all
of eaid provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described fn saiu Declaration of Condominiu~m and its elchibits; and the Grantee
acknowledqes and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerninq the purchaae by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
