Book 333, Page 1403, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for._good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 16th day of *Zarch, 1981,
releases from the lien of that mortgage,-~e real property des-
