PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAb9ES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually , holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ,
a Florida corporation, to JAAZES J. PAR.DIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St . Lucie County , Florida , for good and valuable oonsid eration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. hereby on this
day of March, 1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real
property in that County described as:

tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
