PARTIAL RELEASE nF MORTGAGE
A.MERICAN BANK 4F MARTIN COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation,
holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOP~ENT
CORPOP.ATIO~, a Florida corporation to AMERICAN BANK OF MARTI~
COUNTY, dated June 20, 1980, and recorded in Official Records
Book 333~ Page 1403, Public Records of St. Lueie County, Florida,
-for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 16th day of March, 1981,
releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property des-
cribed in Exhibit "B" thereof~ more particularly described as:

and an undivided one-thrityfirst (1/31) share in those
conunon elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, cunditions, re-
strictions, terms and ot~er provisions of that Declaration

as recorded in Offi.cial Records Book 348~ Page
1585, Public Records of SC. Lucie County, Florida.
