The Grantee ayrees to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges ar.d agrees ~hat all of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby im~resses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the purchase ayreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics, representations and inducements concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
