JAt41ES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually , holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPINENT CORPORATION ,
a Florida corporation. to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St . Lucie County . Florida , for good and valuable oonsideration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this
day of March, 1981 , releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real
property in that County described as:

and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants ,
conditions , restrictions . terms and other provisions of that
