that this eonveyance is subject to the provisions of the neclaration of Condwninium
described above, includiny the provisions of all of its ext~ibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionss the Grantee acknowledges a~nd a-grees that all

a lien ypon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations

the purchase aqreament executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain a12 of the warranties,
represantations and inducements concerning the purcha~e by the Grantee of the land
and real property des~cribed above.
