for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 16th day of March, 1981,
releases frorn the lien of that mortgage. the real property des-
cribed in Exhibit "B" thereof, more particularly describe'd as:

common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions, re-
