holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEi-ELOP'~IENT
CORPOP.ATION, a Florida corporation to AMF.RICAN BANh OF '~tARTI'_V
COUNTY, dated June 20, 1980, and recorded in Official Records
Book 333, Page 1403, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 16th day of March, 1981,
releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property des-
cribed in Exhibit "B" thereof, more particularly described as:

and an undivided one-thrityfirst (1/31) share in those
co~non elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions, re-
strictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration

as recorded in Official Records-Book 348, Page
1585, Public Records of St. Lucie`County, Florida. ~ _
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part
of the property described in that mortgage.
