ACKNOWI..EDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of thie Warranty Deed acknowledqes
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionsj the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of eaid provisione are reasonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledqes and agreea.that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhfbits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
represantations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described ahove.
