THIS DEED MADE AND ENTERED INTO March ~~ , 1981.
between MURIEL CONCANNON, the duly constituted and apnointed personal
representative of the estate of Gerald J. Concannon, deceased~.late
of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, as party of the first
part, and RICHARD MORAN and BARBARA-MORAN, his wife,

part iesof the second part;
WITNESSETH: That on February 25, 1981, upon the petition
of the party of the first part, the Honorable Philip Nourse, Circuit
Jud~e in and for said county, granted to party of the first part
leave to sell the lands of the said Gerald J. Concannon, deceased~
for the purposes as set out in the petition that the lot was purchased,
the house designed, financed and built solely for resale and that the
proceeds of the sale (beinp, defined as those funds remaininp after
all costs of construction have been paid and release of liens obtained,

includin~ all costs incident to the sale of the subject property) be
placed in an interest bearing estate account to be distributed at a
later date accordin~ to law. ~
Now, therefore, in consideration of the fore~oin~ and in
further consideration of the sum of FOP.TY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($41,900.00) purchase money ~aid at and before the sealing and
delivery of this deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
party of the first part has sold and conveyed, and does hereby sell
and convey unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated in the County
of St. Lucie and State of rlorida, and described as follows:
Lot 3, Block SOS, Section 10, PORT ST. LUCIE
accordin~ to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, pap~es 49, 49-A throuph 49-G,
