This cause came on for final hearing. On the
evidence presented. it is thereuvon
1. That the marriage of petitioner, KEI3NETH
COOPER SLOAN, hereinafter husband, a~d respondent, JEANNE
A. SLOAN, hereinafter wife, be and the same hereby is
dissolved because it is irretrievably broken.
2. That the wife be and she hereby is awarded
the care, cus[ody, and control of the parties' minor
daughter, Tracey Sloan, age 15, and the husband be and
he hereby is awarded the right to visit with that child
~ away from the mother's home at reasonable times and places.
3. That the husband be and he hereby is en- ~
jc-ined and req:~ired to pay to the wife as and for child
support the sum of $250.00 per month, the first payment
i
to be paid on April 1, 1981 and like payments to be paid ~
on the first day of each month thereafter until tt~e child
reaches the age of eighteen years, marries or becomes
' emanciFated.
4, That the husband be and he hereby is en-
joined and required to pay, so long as he is obliged to
pay child support, all of the child's medical, dental,
drug, medicine and hospital expenses and all of her private
