school expenses, including tuition, fees, boaks, uniforms
and transportation. The husband shall pay all of the
costs and expenses, including tuition, fees, books, room,
board, cl~thing, transportation, medical, dental, drugs,
medicine and hospital expenses, necessary to furnish the
child with the opportunity to receive a full four-year ••
college education leading to the receipt of a bachelor's
degree in some field which she may select.
S. That the husband be aitd he hereby is enjoined
and required to pay the wife as and for permanent, periodic
alimony the sum of $2,000.00 per month, the first such pay-
ment to be paid on April 1, 1981, and like payments to bQ
paid on the first day of each month thereafter so long as
the wife shall live and remain unmarried.
6. That the husband be and he hereby is enjoined
and required to pay for all of the wife's medical and
dental care and attention, drugs, medicine and hospital,
and to pay the wife $1,000.00 on account of each trip she
may be required to make to Hous[on, Texas in order to
receive diagnostic or other treatment there.
7. That for three years following the date of
the entryo uf this jud ent, the husband shall pay all
