from the husband's share shall be placed in trust and the
corpus shall be charged with the husband's obligation to pay
the wife's alimony and to pay for her medical and dental
care and attention, hospital, drugs and medicine. The husband
shall have the income from the trust hut the corpus shall
stand as security for that obligation. Should the husoand
die while the wife is living and should the wife be entitled
to receive alimony, the husband's personal representative
shall pay the wife alimony and shall pay or reimburse her
fnr her medical and dental care and attention, hospital,
drugs and medicine, to the point of exhaus[ing the proceeds
realized through the sale of the husband's interest in the
Warita~ hcm~~~ac~.

10. That the husband be and he hereby is enjoined
and required to pay promptly according to its terms one-half
of th~ principal and interest of the mortgage payment on the
marital homeplace and the wife be and she hereby is required
to pay the other one-half, principal and interest, and all -
of the taxes, insurance and repairs.
11. That the wife be and she hereby is awarded as
lump sum alimony all of the furniture, furnishings and
household goods contained in the marital homeplace except
for those household chattels which the husband brought to
the marriage or which he inherited from his mother and
father. The parties are directed:t'v make division of their
chattel property along these lines and failing agreement as
to a satisfactory division, then either party may make

application to the court to specify the very chattel prop-
erty which the husband may remove from the marital home-
place.
