13. The court finds that the husband owns
51 shares of the capital stock of K. C. Sloan, Inc. and
the wife owns 49 shares of the capital stock of K. C.
Sloan, Inc. The parties are directed to attempt to
sell that corporation's capital stock or assets to a
third party within a reasonable time at some fair price,

the wife to receive 49X of the net sales.,proceeds, failing
which sale by June l, 1981, the husband be and he hereby
is enjoined and required to purchase the wife's capital
stock at $900.00 per share, one share t~ be purchased
on the first day of each month beginning June 1, 1481.
14, That the husband be and he hereby is en-
joined and required ta pay the wife's lawyers $8,500.00
for attorney's fees and costs, except for reporting the
final hearing for whict~ the husband shall also pay, all
to be paid within ~ days from the date of the entry
r~~-
of this_judgment.
15. The court retains jurisdiction of the
cause and the parties for the purpose of entering such
further orders as may be necessary in the premises.
