This matter having come on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion to
award an attorney's fee pursuant to paragraph 6 of the Final Judqment for
Dissolution of Marriage entered in the above-captioned case on

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i. •inaL the sum of $i,7dt~.00 is awarded to Douqlas E. Gonano,
Esquire, attorney for the Wife as a reasonable attorney's fee for
services rendered in connection with the above-captioned dissolution of
marriage.
2. Such sum constitutes a judgment lien against all property of the
Husband, includinq homes~ead, and specifically that piece of property
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the West 1/4 corner of Section 33, run North
along the West line of said Section 33 and the center
line of McCarty Road a distance of 472 feet to a point;
thence run East 33 feet to a point on the East
right-of-way line of McCarty Road and the Point of
eeginninq; thence continue East 261.86 feet; thence run
North 208 feet; thence run West 261.86 feet to a point on
the East right-of-way line of McCarty Road; thence run
