March, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court h as jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; and that the
relation of Husband an d Wife now exists between the parties. On
the evidence presented
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. The marriage between inTILLIAM J. ELSWICK and
CAROLYN LORNA ELSWICK, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. The Petitioner's maiden name, to-wit: CARQLYN LORNP.
RYAN, is herewith restored to her.
