B'{7~ HORNSBY, own an undivided one-half interest each in and to the following described property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 9, Block 2, SANDRA COURT, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 45, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida together with the West 6 feet of the vacated alley adjacent on the east, subject, however, to utility easements thereon. 2.
