FINAL JUDGMENT OF PARTITION
TNIS CAUSE coming on to be heard for the setting of a trial
date and determination of the advances made by the parties hereto
for the maintenance of the property jointly owned by the parties
as tenants in co~non, and the Court having determined that from
the first day of March, 1981, on which date the parties became
tenants in common, the Wife has expended the following sums for
the benefit of the jointl.yo uwned property, to-wit: $3,040.70
representing rnortgage payments and the sum of $1,924.00 repre-
senting reasonable repairs and maintenance on the property, and
the parties through their respective counsel having agreed to the
entry of a Final Judgment of Partition, and the Court having re-

and the Court finding that it is proper to enter a Final Judgment
of Partition, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

HORNSBY, own an undivided one-half interest each in and to the
following described property situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 2, SANDRA COURT, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 45,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
together with the West 6 feet of the vacated
alley adjacent on the east, subject, however,
to utility easements thereon.
2. That the above described property cannot be partitioned
without prejudice to the parties and is not capable of division
in kind.
