bidaer far cash. That notice of this sale shall he advertised in

4. The Court reserves jurisdiction for determining and
awarding attorneys fees in this cause, after the sale as here~n-
above provided is confirmed.
5. Thac the Wife shall advance al~ costs in connection with
this sale an~ all costs including attorneys fees shall constitute
a lien upcn the property of the sale.
6. That the Wife or Husband may become a purchaser at the
sale and that the Wife shall be entitled to use the sum of
~2,482.35 as a bid and in the event tr~at either of them are the
highest bidder, then they shall deposit one-half of the amount
of that bid with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and snall, when
distribution is made under order of the Court, deposit with the
Registrar of the Court such sum as the Court may order to pay the
purchasers respective share of all costs and £ees incurred in
this course.
