THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Defendants', WALTER
KARDASH, d/b/a FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC., d/b/a WESTERN STEER
FAMILY STEAKHOUSE and FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF PAI.M BEACH COUNTY,
motions to dismiss the complaint, and the Court having heard the
argument of respective counsel for the parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The complaint be and the same is hereby dismissed, with
leave to amend.
