THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Defendant, FORT
PIERCE FOODS, INC.'s, Motion to Quash the Service of process for
insufficiency and the Court having heard argument for the
respective parties and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Service of Process against FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC.
is quashed for insufficien~y.
2. Attorney for defendant, FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC., agreed
in open court to receive service on behalf of FORT PIERCE FOODS,
INC. by mail.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
