FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE come on for trial before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record, a jury
having been expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties;
and having reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by GERARD A.
JOLICOEUR and NANCY B. JOLICOEUR as next friends and natural and legal
guardians of the minor Plaintiff, JERRY SCOTT JOLICOEUR, and having
reviewed the proposed Sat~sfaction of Final Judgment and Release and
having further heard the evidence and the discussion of counsel for
the respective parties, and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereu~on, upon consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause has been
conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and advise of their
respective counsel of record taith diligence and caution so as to fairly
compensate the minor Plaintiff and is therefore approved; ~~
2. The Plaintiff, JERRY SCOTT JOLICO~U;Z, a minor, suing through
his next friends and natural and legal guar.dians, GE:2ARD A. JOLICOFUR
and NANCY B. JOLICOEUR, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants,
DAVID MICHAEL WIBBELS and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE C0:4PANY, the sum
of $24,000.00;
