attorneys, and hereby file this their Stipulation for Modifica-
tion ot Final Judgment ot Uissolution of Marriage, heretofore
entered by this Court on the 8th day of May, 1980, and in support
thereof would state and s~ow:
The Husband and [,Tife desire that amendment of parap,raph
three (3) of the Final Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage read
as follows:
"(3) The Husband, FREDERICK JOHN VOTINO, JR., shall

on April 10, 1981."
