This cause having come on before the Court upon the Husband's'
and the Wife's Stipulation for Modification of Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage, and the parties having stipulated and
agreed that the cause shall proceed thereon, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that paragraph three (3) of the Final
Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage~ dated May 8, 1980, entered.by
this Court, be amended to read as follows:
j"(3) The Husband~ FREDERICK JOHN VOTINO, JR., shall
pay the sum of T~ao Nundred Dollars ($200.00) each month~ in cash,
money order~ or cashier's check, together with rhe Two Dollar
($2.00) statutory fee for the Clerk of the Court, directly to
the Clerk of the Court, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida~ comanencing with the next payment due
on April 10, 1981."
