4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTIOPI:
Permanent and primary custody of the minor child of the parties
together with child support in the amount set rortn nerein~ei~w, u~,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , CARnL ~N=v S~YDER ,
T~ie name of said minor child being as follows: DOUrLAS JnHN
SNYDER, date of birth: August 17, 1965.
Upon testimony by the Wife t}~at the Husband makes

hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of S15.(1~
per child weekly beginning on FY'iday, April 3, 1981 , and on the same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. ~Each ehild support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and ~he Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for tne purpose of entering such Orders, Judgment_s and Process
as this Court deems proper,~
