2I. Future Ad~•ancea. Upon rcyuest by Borr~~wer, I.ender, at I.enJcr's option within twenty years from the date of this
111ortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Fuwre Advances, with interest thereon, shall he secured by this
hlartgage when tvidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the 'principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance hert~vith to protect the

22. Rekase. Upon payment of all sums secured by th~s Mortgage, l.ender shall release this Mortgage without charge
