ORDER AUTIiORIZING S~LL
This cause came on to be heard before me this
day upon a joint application o~ the Personal Representatives
of the above Estate as well as the widow of the deceased
who has filed her Election to Take an Elective Share, fbr
an order authorizing the sale of the real estate of the
Estate, located in Ft: Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as follows:
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 42, of
Plat of White City as recorded
in Plat Book 1, ~age 21, records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
bcing in Section 9, Townsliip 36
South, Range 40 East.
And it appearing that the parties executing the
application are the only parties interested in said Estate,
and that the claims against said estate are paid, and the
parties having agreed to the ter-:~s of said sale and t}iat
the sale to be to KENNETii M. DEAIv, one of the beneficiaries
of said Estate, and the Consent to Sell being agreed to by all
the interested parties, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Personal~Representa-
tives, also being ttie sole named benef_iciaries, and the
surviving widow, are hereby authorized to sell the above described
real eatate accordinq to the Consent to Sell filed herein.
