Mortgagees shall release parcels of the property encumbered by
this Mortgage upon payment of $7,500.00 of principal due on the
Note for each acre released with a minimum of 5 acres being
released at any time. Releases shall begin at the southeast
corner of the property and proceed in a westerly direction, each
parcel to be contiguous with the previous parcel released until
reaching the western boundary, and then shall continue in an
easterly direction, or as may be agree~i upon by Mortgagor and
Mortgagees.
In the event that any Federal or State estate tax lien is
placed on record or constitutes a lien against the property,
Mortgagees hereby agree that the amount of such lien shall
reduce the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage to the extent
same is paid by the M~rtgagor.

the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
