berueath to my three sons, GEORGE SCOTT CREE, DOUGLAS
TA~CZOR CREE and PHILIP ROBERT CREE, or the survivor of
the:n, equally, share and share alike.
ARTICLE X.
In making these devises ar.d bequests to my sons, it
_s my desire that in the event a son of mine, as listed
above, shall predecease me, then such share as ~~~ould pass
to such deceased son shall be distributed to the lawful
descendants of such deceased son of mine per stirpes. It
is my express intention herein that the direct lineal des-
cendants of a deceased son of mine shall recei.ve such de-
ceased son's share in the event any of riy JOIZJ shall pre-
decease me.

I hereby nominaze and appoint PHILIP ROIIERT CREE of
Coral Gables, Fl~r~ da, and 4JILLI~•1 F. LEONARD, my attorney,
o~ Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Executors of this, my Last
wi~Z and Testamer.t, and T hereby give to them as such Exe-
cL~o~s all poweYs to settle and compound any and all claims ,'
