KNOW ALL P'~Iv BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Roger PoiCras, Clerk of
the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, Hereby rPlease
and discharge in full compromise settlement any and all property, real,
personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter to be acquired, from the
lien, operation and effect of that certain estreature of bail bond in
the County Court of St. Lucie County, Florida and Final Judgment as
recorded in The Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Book 351
page 1292 in the amount of $334.50, by the State of Florida for the use
and benefit of St. Lucie County, Florida, against DALE JEROME THOMAS,
CLIFFORD BARNES, Bondsman and COTTON BELT INSURANCE COrIPANY.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal of the said
