and discharge in full compromise settlement any and all property, real,
personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter to be acquired, from the
lien, operation and effect of that certain estreature of bail bond in
the County Court of St. Lucie County, Florida and Final Judgment as
recorded in The Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Book 34°
page 1691 in the amount of $169.50, by the State of Florida for the use
