Advances, if any, had no acceleration occurred; ~b) Born,wer curea all brnachea of any other covenants or agreementa of Borrower contained in

Upon acceteration under paragraph IS hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lender ehall be entided to have a receiver appointed by a

21. Future Advances. Upon requeat by Borrower, Lender, at Lender'a option within twenty years from the date of thia Mortgage, may
make Future Advancea to Borrower. Such Future Advancea, with intereet thereon, ahaU be eecured by thia Mortgage when evidenaed by
promissory notee etating that eaid notee are eecured hereby_ At no time ehall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this
