19. Borrower's Right to Reinetate. Niotwithatanding l.ender'e acceleration olthe suma eecured by this Mortgage. Borrower ehall have
the right to have any pra.~eedinge begun by l.ender to enforce thia Mortgage discontinued at any time prior to entry of a judgment enforcing
eti~s Mortgage if: (a) I3orrower paya Lender all euma which would be then due under this Mortgage. the Note and notes eecuring ~ture
:ldvancee, if auy, had no acceleration occurred; tb) E3orrower curee a!1 breaches of any other covenante or agreements of Borrower contained in

20. Asaignment of Renta; Appointment of Receiver. Aa additionai eecurity hereunder, Borrower hereby neaigne to Lender the rents
~~ f the Property, provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paraqrapfi 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property, have the right
to collect and rntain such renta as they become due and payable.
Upon acceleration under paragraph IS hereof or abandonment of the Property, l.ender shall be entided to have a receiver appointed by a
.Y,urt to enter upon, take posseasion of and manage the Property and to collect the renta of the Property, including thc~ee paat due. All renta _
~~ollected by the rec~iver ehall be applied firet to payment of the ooste of management of the Property and rnllection o; renta, including, but not '
