VOGEL, granddauqhter; and HARRY :ti. NELSON, qranc?son; and that
R. L. '4cLF.NDON, the survivinq husband ~f CHARLOTTF' CARLTnN '~cLEND(1~1,
did make a clair!~ aqainst her estate and that said clair~ was
satisfied and that said R.L. McLENDON did execute an assiqnment of
his claim to NENRY F. (?LMSTEAD.
14. That orior to Mar~ch of 1949, GLADYS OLMSTFA~ NFLSn'V
was deceased ard at the time of her death she was wid~wed fr~m her
husband's deatn and that GLAG'~S nLMSTEAD NF,LSO~? was sur_vived hy her
four (4) natural and only children, to-wit: JA*lF.S n. NRLS(lN, J(1HN

15. That CHARLFS CARLTON, the son of F.LI?ABF.TH CARLTnN
c?id c~ie intestate and did nr.edeeease his wife, RHnnA CARLTON, and
t!~at RHnDA CARLTON, did also die intestate; that DAN S. CARLTnN did
die intestate and was survived by his wife, THERES~a CARLTnN, and
that she dic? die intestate, and that LINDLF,Y L. CARL`i'nh did c~ie
intestate and was survived by his wife, LUCY J. CARLTnN, and that
LUCY J. CARLTON did die testate and did bequeath and devise all of
her estute to her dauqhter, LUCY JANE CARLTnN ROGERS, and the Court
beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERF.D AND ADJUDGFD, as follows:
l. That the report of the Personal Representative as
to parcel A-3, be, and is hereby ordered approved.
