Floreani, whose address is 3626 Lake Shore Orive, St. Joseph,
Michigan 49085, party of. the first ~art, and Ado Floreani, a single
man and formerly the spouse of Lori Floreani, whose address is 4182
Ridge Road, Stevensville, Michigan 49127, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the recei~~t whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised,
released and quit claimed to the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described land located in
St. Lucie County, Florida c3escribed as:
A 0.076~$ undivided interest in fee simple absolute as tenanr
in common in the certain real property describe~3 in the Master
Form Deed of Turtle Reed Condominiums I, recorded in Official
Record Book 263, Page 20U2, subject to divestment as set forth
in said Master Form Deed and upon such divestment an interval
ownership consisting of U~it Weeks 49 and 50 in Condominium
D-7, consisting of Apartment Number D-7, and its undivided
share of the common elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums I as
such is described in said Master Form Deed.
