Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property. Lender shall be eatided to have a reoeiver appointed by a
court to enter~pon. take poeeession of and manage the Property and to collect the nnts of the Property, including thoee pest due. All rcnts
coUected by the receiver shall be applied fuat to payment of ths ~osta of management of the Property and oollection of renta. includin~, bnt not
limited to, receiver's fe~, premiuma on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorney's fces, and then to the aums secored by this Mottgage. The
receiver shall be liable to acoount only for thoee renta actually r~ceived.
