of Cross-defendants, MURPHY MILLER, INC. and KROEHLER MANUFACTURING
COMPANY, to eliminate any claim for punitive damages from the Cross-
claims for contribution, and the Defendant, PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, ~
INC., having joined in the Motion, ore tenus, and the Court having
heard the argument of counsel and being otherw~se fully advised
in the premises, it is .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that no Crossclaims filed in this
action for contribution shall claim for punitive damages.
