Petitioner, LORENE LANGENDORF, as Personal Representative of the Es~te s ;
of qiEN C. HAMILTON, Deceased, alleges:
1. That one of the assets of the above styled estate is real property
described as follows:

Lot 13, Block 25, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, ;
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 80, of the Publ ic ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That your Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary and ;

to the best interest of said estate to sell the above described real property in
order to provide funds for the payment of claims against the estate and costs of
administration of the estate. That there are not sufficient funds in said estate j
~
at this time to pay all claims against the estate or costs of administration. j

3. A signed contract for sale conditioned upon court a pproval has been
received to purchase the above described real property from the estate in accordance
with the•terms of said contract attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part ;

hereof. _ ~

4. That it is in the best interest of said estate to sell said property

in accordance with said contract; that the purchase price is a fair and equitable
price for said property; that all of said purchase price shall be paid in cash
at closing subject to the payment of brokerage fees and closing costs as set forth

in the contract. ~ ~

5. A copy of this Petition is being served on all interested persons of '
this estate.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner moves the Court to enter its Order authorizing
your Petitioner to sell said pro perty in accordance with said contract for the price
set forth therein less the costs of said sale. ~
