For and in consideration of One Dollar (S1.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, th~ receipt of which is hereby

corporation, hereby releases and relinquishes unto FRANK gIEL and

authority granted to it under that certain instrument executed by

Florida. The said property hereby released from said easement is
