BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared EVELYN BROWN, who upon first being duly sworn did depose
and say:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of GEORGE BROWN and

has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.

2. That GEORGE BROWN departed this life on January 19,
1973.
3. That EVELYN BROWN and GEORGE BROWN weze married to each -

other and that said marital relationship continued without interrup-
tion until the date of the death of the.said GEORGE BROWN.
4. That the lien filed in O.R. Book 224 page 154 of the ;
; public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, against GEORGE BROWN, -

III, in the amount of $660.72, is not the same GEORGE BROWN that

~ was married to the said EVELYN BROWN.
