This matter coming on to be heard on consent of the parties,
it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~
1. The Husband's Motion to Set Aside and Vacate Annulment
Judgment be, and the same is hereby, denied and the Final Judgment
of Annulment is ratified and confirmed in all respects. ~
2. The engagement ring s:~all be delivered to Adkins Jewelers ,
for verification of the stone and forwardinq to the attorney for

the Husband.

~ 3. Upon the stone being verified, the Husband shall pay to
' . the Wife's attorney the sum of Three Hundred ($300.Q0) Dollars in

~ satisfaction of costs incidental to settlement of the property
~ aspects.
