P MAXWELL, Deceased, as party of the first part, and LESTER R. MAXWELL, JR., as party of the second part, whose mailing address is 7616 Winchester Road, Ft. Wayne, IN 46819. w I T N E S S E T H: The party of the first pa~t, pursuant to the Orders of the Circuit Court of the llth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Dade County, Probate Division, entered in Case No. 80-2847 CP 02, appointing him Personal Representative af the Estate of Lester R. Maxwell, Deceased, and pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the aforesaid--named decedent, and pursuant with the Approval of Plan and Authorization for Dis- tribution of Assets entered by the said Court on March 26, 1981, and in fur- ther consideration of LOVE AND AFFECTION and $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirnns to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as: • Condominium Parcel: Block N, Lot #9, of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a Condominium, according to the Declara'tion of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168, Page 1348, et seq. of the Public Records of St. ~ Lucie County, Florida, as amended by Agreement dated January 31, 1969 recorded in Book 175, Page 1682, et seq. said Public Records ("Lot"). As provided for by the - Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq. 1965 as subsequently amended) said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, including the limited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided interest in the common ; elements of said Condominium. Together with all and singu~.ar the tenaments, hereditaments and I appurtenances belonging to or in any wise appertaining to that property. ` ~ To have and to hold the same to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
