CASSIMALLY's Motion to Continue served May 5, 1981, and upon Plaintiff's
Motion to Compel Certified Questions served May 11, 1981. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant CASSIMALLY's Motion to Continue
served May 5, 1981 is granted and the pretrial schedulec~ in this case
for June 18,~1981 at 4:00 P.M. is cancelled and the case is struck froM
the docket of June 22, 1981,, however, this case May be motioned for trial
hereafter at any time by any party.
IT IS FURTNER ORDERED AND ADJUDGE~ that with regard to Plaintiff's
?~?otion to Compel Certified Questions serve~? May 11, 19ti1, such motion is
granted and Defendant, CASSIMALLY, M.D., may be redeposed by the Plain-
tiff and this Court shall. consider at a later date taxation of costs in

connection with this Motion. .
