THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on the Plaintiffs'
Motion to Amend their Complaint, and the Court being fully and well
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs shall have leave
to amend their Complaint and the Proposed Amended Complaint filed
herein shall be and it is hereby adopted by the Court as the
Plaintiffs' Complaint. The Defendant, FRANCES H. OWEN, shall have
twenty (20) days from this date in which to respond to the Amended
Complaint, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause be removed from the
