ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LIEN
THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LIEN, made this /~ts day of _May ,
1981, by DEE B. CLEM.MONS, CHARLENE WHITEHEAD, and BETTY LOVE
McC~Y, hereinafter sometimes collectively called the "interested
parties";
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the interested parties are the natural children
of CHARLOTTE P. CLEMMONS, Deceased, who died on November 2,
1977 in Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida; and
WHEREAS, at the time of her death, the said CHARLOTTE P.
CLEMMONS, owned the following described real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 17 and 18, MELTONS' RIVERVIEW SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9,
Page 43 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; _

i~TI-IEREAS, DAVID F. ASHLEY, brother of the said CHARLOTTE P.
CLEMMONS, and his wife, KITTY M. ASHLEY, have advanced certain
sums of money for the purpose of making payments on a certain
~ Mortgage which presently encumbers the above-described land and
~ for making various improvemsnts to said property; and

j i~THEREAS, the interested parties desire to sell the above-

~ described lands as soon as practical.

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the ~

~ sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred ($5,200.00) Dollars, paid by -

~ DAVID F. ASHLEY and KITTY M. ASHLEY, his wife, (hereinafter

~ referred to as "Ashley") the interested parties acknowledge

~ that Ashley has a lien against the above described lands in the

~ amount of Five Thousand Two Hundred ($5,200.00) Dollars. The '

~ interested parties further hereby assure Ashley that it is
~
~ their intention to sell the above-described lands as soon as
