In the event the aforementioned lien is not paid in full within
one (1) year from the date of this instrument, the interested
parties acknowledge that Ashley may bring an action to foreclose
his lien in the manner a mortgage on real property is foreclosed.
It is specifically understood and agreed by the interested
parties that this Acknowledgment of Lien shall not be construed
to have any affect whatsoever upon the rights of the interested
parties, if any, in and to the above described lands under the
homestead laws of the State of Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the interested parties have executed
this Acknowledgment of Lien on the date first above stated.
